Here's a list of the most common questions we get.

• What are your hours of operation?

  We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

• Do you deliver?

  Yes, we deliver to businesses located in industrial or commercial districts. The minimum purchase to qualify for delivery is $100.00. We cannot deliver to residential neighborhoods due to zoning restrictions on our vehicles.

• Can I go in the warehouse and look for the box I need?

  In an effort to stock a wider variety of boxes, we've come up with a system that let's us use of every square inch of our warehouse more efficiently. Unfortunately, this makes it impossible to browse around in the warehouse. Don't worry though, first give us a call and our experienced sales staff can help you find the boxes you need, then give us 1 or 2 hours and we can have it ready for pickup.

• Do you buy used, misprint, or over-run boxes?

  Yes, if you have a large quantity of boxes you'd like to sell, give us a call.

• How do I measure a box?

  A box is measured first by the length of the flap's opening, followed by the width, and then depth/height. (Length x Width x Depth)
  
  

• Can I return boxes I purchased from you?

  You can return boxes bought from our "Misprint, Over-Run, Obsolete and Used Box list," if you didn't use them. Moving boxes are non-returnable, but you can drop them off for recycling.

• Can I leave my stuff for you to pack and ship it?

  Sorry, we do not offer this service.

• I called to place an order, when will it be ready?

  Pickup orders are usually ready in just 1 to 2 hours depending on the order. Delivery requests will take place on the following business day if it's in the Denver metro area.

• I bought a box from the "Misprint, Over-Run, Obsolete and Used Box list" in the past, but it's not there anymore!

  Most of the boxes in the "Misprint, Over-Run, Obsolete and Used Box list" have limited quantities and run out. There are however a number of boxes that we re-stock regularly. Give us a call and we'll check it out for you.
